How much do your house cleaning services cost?

Our estimate is according to the number of your rooms and if there are numerous items in them, the size of your property, and what depth of cleaning you would like us to go into. It is also up to you if you wish to give priority to certain parts and not to spend time on other parts. After the trail cleaning the amount of time needed to clean for you will be more clear. Will there be a trial clean?

Yes, there will be a trial clean so you can meet your cleaner and her work and decide on approving. Our cleaning standards are high and our cleaners have great personalities, are trained and hardworking. It is ok if you decide to try a different cleaner as we would like to send the right person for you. On meeting your assigned cleaner you can arrange a regular day and time with them that you both agree on. The trial cleaning session is not free. This is a physically demanding and tiring job and it would be unfair to expect it to be free.

Do you supply the household cleaning products & equipment?

No, you can provide us with the products and equipment of your choice. There are those who do not wish chemical products to be used in their home, others who like environmental friendly products, or those who prefer some strong products and we leave it to you to get what you like and we work with it. The cleaning companies that supply you with the cleaning products charge not only for the products but also for obtaining them. Therefore, the cleaning rates would be cheaper for the clients to have their own supplies.

Do I need to make any preparations prior to the cleaning sessions?

We would really appreciate it if you could make sure the places to be cleaned are tidy. Working in a tidy and organised space helps the cleaner make the most of their time in your home. Reaching spaces to clean is easier and takes less time and this is more feasible when there is less clutter around. Please clear off counters and declutter all surfaces so they can be properly cleaned.
If you have a dog, where possible, please keep it in a separate room away from where cleaning is taking place.

Is there a minimum booking for domestic cleaning services?

Yes, minimum booking is 2 hours.

What will happen if my cleaner is off sick or on holiday?

We will contact you to arrange a temporary cover for you.
